Mr. Ogre of OW! has forced me into a predicament workout. The crotch rope is attached to the weight I need to pull down to find release from my neck rope. Lifting the weights tightens my crotch rope. Without the pressure on my crotch rope, my neck rope is tightened. Over and over again. Sweating in my tank top and leggings with my barefoot exposed and a ballgag strapped in.
